Dear Quant Community,
We’ve been working extremely hard to reach our milestones and we are very excited to share the latest progress we have made. It’s hard to believe we are only at the begining of our journey with much more still to come.
On Friday 29 September, we achieved a key milestone — we released our Software Developer Kit (SDK) via our Quant Developer Hub which enables developers to start using Overledger and building their own game-changing multi-chain applications or MApps. The SDK is available on our Github https://www.github.com/quantnetwork
To register as an Enterprise or Developer visit our Developer Hub and get started: https://developer.quant.network/
We had initially set out to to launch with two connectors for Bitcoin and Ethereum, but we’ve done a bit more. Launching with connectors to Hyperledger, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Ripple, IOTA and JPMorgan Quorum.
The Quant team have also just created a Decentralised Amazon that is running across Ethereum, Ripple and Bitcoin at the same time. Part of our Overledger roadmap, we’re releasing example Multi-chain applications (MApps).
This is only possible through Overledger. A true Enterprise use case which combines the features and data on disparate blockchains to deliver new products and solutions to customers.
You can do the same today, become a Quant developer and start building Multi-chain Apps (MApps) that span multiple blockchains. Register on https://developer.quant.network. We’ve connected Hyperledger, Ripple, Ethereum, Bitcoin, IOTA and JPMorgan Quorum to Overledger.
The possibilities are endless. We can’t wait to see what you’ll build with Overledger! #BuildtheFuture
To coincide with the release of the SDK, our inaugural Quant X event will take place in London on 20th November 2018. This event which will bring together developers, architects, and enterprise technology executives curious or excited about the potential of blockchain technology and want to know how to safely adopt blockchain through Overledger to have better resilience and choice and be able to move to other technologies.
The event also provides the opportunity to come meet the masterminds behind Overledger to better understand how it can help simplify blockchain development and facilitate the building of game-changing multi-chain applications.
Register for the event via Eventbrite https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/quantx-global-launch-of-overledger-tickets-50741786048
Also be sure to join our Official Quant Meet-up for future events — we may be coming to a city near you. https://www.meetup.com/Quant-Network-Events/

Last week we announced our inclusion in the Global Legal Blockchain Consortium (GLBC), composed of more than 80 large companies, law firms, software companies and universities focused on developing standards and compliance guidelines for blockchain and smart contract technologies in the business of law. We’re looking forward to providing our Overledger technology to allow the interoperability and transferability of smart contracts across any blockchain.
The team were at Blockchain Live London on September 26 and our CEO and Founder Gilbert Verdian presented to a packed house about the interchain development and the need for cross-chain. He also explained how we are creating the new Internet. If you missed it, he has shared his slides here.
This year, Quant Network’s GoVerify, had the honour of being the platinum sponsor at the 12th Annual London Fraud Forum. The Fraud Forum was a great venue to showcase how GoVerify powered by Overledger can authenticate companies to customers.
Our COO (Gerald Dunn) and CTO (Colin Paterson) also lead a session titled “Fighting the Phishing Frenzy” which explored the different types of phishing fraud most prevalent in the UK and about the importance of empowering individuals as well as enterprises in the fight against fraud.
