Overledger 2.0.5, a huge double feature release that bridges Stablecoin, NFT and DeFi ecosystems with Blockchain payments

Today we’ve released Overledger 2.0.5 as a key milestone to bridge institutional and enterprise ecosystems with stablecoins, DeFi, NFTs and popular ERC20 and ERC721 digital assets for clearing and settlement.

Live and in production, Overledger now natively supports Blockchain payments to power a new generation of interoperability, payments and clearing and settlement use cases. Using the Overledger Payment API, you can now transact and settle between different digital asset types with a few lines of code in only two API calls. It’s as simple as calling the prepare and execute endpoints:

Sandbox

Prepare – POST https://api.sandbox.overledger.io/v2/preparation/transaction
Execute – POST https://api.sandbox.overledger.io/v2/execution/transaction

Production

Prepare – POST https://api.overledger.io/v2/preparation/transaction
Execute – POST https://api.overledger.io/v2/execution/transaction

Use cases supported include:

  • Clearing and Settling between different digital assets, types and stablecoins
  • Collateralising NFTs with stablecoins such as USDC, DAI and USDT
  • Multi-DLT DeFi payments by combining lending and staking products with new settlement options
